Discover our Story 2022 - 2025 

Our journey began in late 2022, in a small home kitchen in Gatineau Québec, where a family decided to share the warmth of her North African culinary heritage through healthy, convenient and family-inspired couscous meals.

In 2023, we launched as a modest catering service, never imagining how deeply our dishes would resonate. We were truly surprised by the overwhelming demand — young families, busy professionals, students, and food lovers were not only seeking healthier and more convenient alternatives but were also excited and curious to explore authentic, exotic couscous flavors. This heartfelt response revealed something bigger: Canadians love our delicious, healthy and convenient couscous meals.

Inspired by this growing demand, we took a bold step further in 2024, transitioning from small-batch catering to a large-scale manufacturing plan, ensuring we could deliver premium, ready-to-eat couscous meals to homes across the country.

Today, we remain dedicated to our core values — health, quality, convenience, and family — bringing authentic couscous meals to every table.
