Local Delivery & Pick Up Policy 

We deliver healthy and ready-to-eat couscous meals across the Ottawa–Gatineau region. Whether you're ordering lunch or dinner, here is everything you need to know about getting your fresh meals delivered or picking them up in person.

1. Local Delivery

Delivery Area: We deliver across Gatineau and Ottawa urban zones. 

Delivery Schedule & Order Cut-Offs:

• Delivery Days:  Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sundays.

• Delivery Hours: Wednesdays (4 pm to 8 pm); Saturdays and Sundays (10am to 6pm)

Delivery Fees & Minimums:

Delivery Fees are based on the distance from our location at (110 Rue Eddy Gatineau)

• Zone 1: Within 8 km radius of our location : $7, Minimum order:  $20

• Zone 2: Within a radius of 9-15 km of our location: 9$, Minimum Order: $40

• Zone 3: Within 16 to 30 km of our location: 12$, Minimum Order: $40

FREE DELIVERY : Minimum Order of $100.

2. Local Pickup Policy

Enjoy free local pickup directly from one of partner stores. Select Pickup as your delivery method during checkout. Here is the list of partner stores:
