Distance is calculated automatically at checkout using your delivery address.

Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.

  • Customers will receive an email or SMS to confirm estimated delivery day and time.

Freshness & Handling

All meals are delivered under refrigerated or frozen conditions to ensure premium quality and food safety.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order — we cannot leave fresh or frozen food unattended.

Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or no one being present:

  • A redelivery fee will apply.

  • Meals cannot be refunded or reshipped after dispatch due to food safety regulations.
